Good Vibes Food Truck Fest 2026 Vendor Application

Good Vibes Vendor App

Hello! We’re so glad you’re here and interested in being part of the Good Vibes Food Truck Fest.

In June 2025, our local Big Brothers Big Sisters closed its doors, leaving a critical gap in youth mentoring services. Resonant Vibe was founded in response and has since grown to support not only youth, but also the parents and caregivers who play such an important role in their lives.

The Good Vibes Food Truck Fest is designed to be a vibrant, family-friendly gathering that brings our community together while supporting this mission. We’re building this festival with the intention of growing it into an annual tradition and are excited to partner with vendors who help create an unforgettable experience.

Event Details
Date: Saturday, July 18, 2026
Time: 3:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Location: Southgate Farmers Market
Vendors: Food trucks and artisan vendors

Guests can expect a high-energy atmosphere with live music, bounce houses, a cornhole tournament, and activities for all ages. We anticipate strong attendance and steady foot traffic throughout the event.

As part of this experience, vendors have the option to participate in our Passport Program, which features adult- and child-sized sampler items. This program is designed to encourage guests to visit multiple vendors and increase visibility across the event.

We are currently accepting applications from both food trucks and artisan vendors and will be thoughtfully curating a diverse and well-balanced mix.

Good Vibes Food Truck Fest is more than a community event. ONE HUNDRED PERCENT of the proceeds directly support the mission of Resonant Vibe, helping us continue to build meaningful relationships and expand access to mentorship in our community.

Thank you for your interest in being part of this event. We’re excited to bring together incredible food, talented artisans, and positive energy for a meaningful cause.

Warm regards,

Katie Craft
