Power & Water Acknowledgment 
Please provide a detailed schematic of your setup in the space provided below. This should include essential features such as the positions of tongue locations on trailers, the location of electrical hook-ups/generators, the orientation of doors (especially those that swing out), and the specific side designated for service. Your cooperation in this regard is greatly appreciated.
For example: What direction does your window need to be? Where is your hitch in relation to the window that faces our toward the event?

Vendor Fee

Vendor fees help support festival operations and Resonant Vibe, the charitable beneficiary of this event. Resonant Vibe is a youth mentoring and parent support organization that was born out of the closing of our local Big Brothers Big Sisters that closed last year.

  • Artisan / Retail Vendor: $50

  • Artisan/ Retail Vendor (electricity provided): $65

  • Food Vendor / Food Truck: $150

  • Nonprofit / Community Booth: $15

Payment instructions will be provided upon acceptance.
